Sometimes we feel tired and discouraging when at work because of the people around us. The question is how can we survive this kind of place?

God wants us to be overcomer, victorious, achiever and so on. Whether you are a student, a manager, an employee make it to the point to offer your work to God.

There are two purposes behind work:

1. To do good

2. To provide for real needs

God wants us to mark lives and influence people for good.

God gave us new lives from Christ and long ago he planned that we should spend these in helping others.

Getting my NBI Clearance experience

Hello sweeties! How was your day?

We have a new biz and we are currently fixing papers and documents. We are pretty busy going to city halls and all that and the worst thing that I don’t like is to wait, wait and wait.

I’ve been ranting over my Twitter and it really sucks especially when I needed to renew my NBI clearance. If you already experienced it you know what I am talking about.

Before I share my experience, please read the FACTS below :

- If you already got an NBI clearance and need to renew it, it will be considered as a FIRST TIME APPLICATION. Your old NBI clearance is useless.

- Price: Php115.00

- Do not forget to bring (2) Valid I.D’s

- Go to NBI branches or malls that provides NBI application ( mostly Robinsons Malls) VERY EARLY! YES!!! AS EARLY AS 12 MIDNIGHT or else you will not make it to the first 500 people.

- Bring IPad, mp3 or whatever that can make you busy

- Bring snacks or better if you take heavy breakfast because you will wait for a LOOOOOOONG TIME >.<

NOW, on to my experience….

We went to Robinsons Mall at around 3 AM and the line was already long. Guess what’s my number??? I AM NUMBER 421.

People who were waiting brought pillows and they were sleeping at their line. Take note, the line is outside the mall and beside the highway. There’s no guard or whatsoever to check if the people who are waiting were safe or not. There were a lot of big trucks and I see them like racing in a drag race. What if the trucks can’t control the breaks? Mann, I just really hope it won’t happen coz there’s a lot of people who will get into accidents just because they are waiting in line for their NBI clearance.

This is actually our 3rd time visiting the mall trying to get my NBI clearance. The 1st time was a fail coz we went there at around 6 am but there was no slot anymore. The 2nd time was the following day and we went earlier thinking we can get a number but we failed! I didn’t know you should wait there the night before just to get a slot. Who would have thought that you need to do it this way? What I knew was you need to be early as 6 am because government officee opens at 7am.

If you think that waiting outside the mall as early as 1 am or 3 am is enough, YOU ARE WRONG!!! Because once they let you in, you will form a line again and wait again.

OUR SLOGAN SHOULD NOT BE “IT’S MORE FUN IN THE PHILIPPINES but it should be …

ONLY IN THE PHILIPPINES!!!!

Hot tub covers

We are so happy to see a new hot tub at my mom’s place. She just bought it together with the new beds for my nieces. I so love its design and of course my mom did not forget to buy a cover to prolong its life. The last time my grandmother bought a cover for hr tub was so expensive and not durable. She just wasted a lot of money and we didn’t even enjoy it for a long time whenever we stay at their house. Mom said she recently discovered a reliable website that has hot tub covers for sale. It is pretty affordable and durable and always gives excellent service to their customers. I am sure the size will just fit perfectly on mom’s new hot tub because she make sure that the measurement is accurate and even asked professionals on how to measure it.

We decided to travel and go away from our busy sched. and works. From there we will try adventurous stuff, shop of course and enjoy my fave day

My friend told me that he has a new business and he is currently looking for some reliable companies who can offer him affordable rates or have the lowest rates, high quality gears and of course professional when it comes to equipment lease. I remember my dad and my uncle were talking about a certain company regarding leasing and I asked my friend to go here in our house so that we can be able to share to him about it. It is really best to check a thousand times before shelling out cash.

Heart’s day 2012

I just remember, heart’s day is approaching and this is one of my fave occasion. Shiek and I are thinking of new ideas and what to do on this special day. Going out and have dinner is so last year. Any suggestions sweeties? If you don’t have a partner in life don’t be sad coz heart’s day is not just for couples. It is for fmaily and firends too. Surprise your mom or your BFF and give them a gift ^ ^

Marcus lab coat

Last month my niece who is a nurse bought some uniforms in some local stores because she is in a rush for having a night shift duty however we are very disappointed with its quality and price as well. I told her to check out Marcus lab coat because it is way different and has premium quality than the one that she bought. She was so surprised tat she can even choose different colors for her coat as it is not that strict at their hospital. I told her that it is better to have whites than other colors to look more professional and more presentable. Next time she already knew where to shop and she is very excited to wear it on her next duty.
