earthquake

Oh,what is happening to the world???Calamities here and there.I am watching news on CNN and other local news channel and I am worrying.Some says the end of the world is nearing but no one can tell.I felt sad about HAITI s’ tragedy,Chile experienced it too.Taiwan had earthquakes also.What county will be the next? I hope NONE!!!!!!!

Oh let’s just keep on praying and only GOD can stop all these!!!!

sleeping aid

Yawn…It is almost 5 am and i am still glued here in front of my pc.I have an insomnia again and again and again.sigh* I have a headache too,sometimes i really have no energy after i wake up and i don’t know if i can wake up very early tomorrow.I have a busy sched tomorrow and i have bunch of things to do also.I even tried before to take some pills but they have side effects and it is not good.My husband also can’t sleep because of me,he also watch videos online with me and i don’t want him to be used in sleeping so late.I hope i can find a very good sleeping aid.We both need it and it is really a big help and it is also important to have enough sleep of at least 6-8 hours everyday to ave a great morning the following day and be able to do bunch of tasks in the office.Me and my colleagues experience this everyday so i better share this to them so that we can be very energetic and happy during office hours…
