Stand and slouch, letting your had and arms dangle forward. Breathe in and slowly lift your neck, rolling your shoulders back and down, then roll hips forward in line with your shoulders.
Keep both feet flat on the floor, do not lean against the chair back.
- Pretend to have weights on your shoulders
If you make an effort to keep ‘em down and back, your posture improves.

Yesterday, hubby saw this when he was buying some foods at the convenient store and finally i was able to give it a shot and i like it.
At first it tastes like vodka or sprite with a twist perhaps. I like it with ice ^o^ nomnom
