FOR THE CREPE:
- 1 cup of flour
-1 cup of milk
-2 tbsp of butter
-3 eggs
-*1/4 teaspoon salt

*toppings you want {strawberries,banana,raspberry etc.}
*chocolate syrup
*whipped cream
*powdered sugar

♥ melt butter in the microwave
♥ mix together the eggs and milk
♥ sift the flour and slowly add to the egg/milk mix slowly while mixing
♥ then add butter
♥ cook like a pancake

BAKED LASAGNA

1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 1/2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
10 oz. lasagna noodles
3 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella, sliced thin

Brown meat slowly, drain off excess grease. Add next 6 ingredients; simmer,
uncovered for 30 minutes to blend flavors, stirring occasionally.

Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender, drain and rinse in cold water.

Combine cottage cheese with eggs, seasoning and Parmesan cheese.

Place 1/2 noodles in 13×9 baking dish, spread 1/2 cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 Mozzarella, 1/2 meat sauce.
Repeat layers. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Garnish with slices of Mozzarella cheese.
Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.

CARBONARA

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 inch of olive oil (for frying pan)
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 chopped onion
8-12 thick slices of Italian bacon
4 eggs
2 packages of spaghetti
2 cups grated parmesan cheese

In a frying pan, combine 1/2 inch of olive oil, 2 cloves of minced garlic, one chopped onion
and the Italian bacon cut into small squares. Let simmer for about a half-hour,
being careful not to let the oil get to a boiling point.

In a bowl, beat 4 eggs with lots of salt and fresh ground pepper.

Bring a pan of salted water to a boil. Cook both packages of spaghetti ,
drain and immediately add egg mixture to pasta. The eggs are actually cooked by the pasta.
(Make sure the eggs are thoroughly cooked before proceeding.)
Stir the egg mixture until it is well mixed.
Pour in the mixture from the frying pan and stir. Finish with the Parmesan cheese and serve!

FRENCH TOAST STICKS/BREAD

2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 tbsp of butter
4 slices of bread, cut into 4 pcs. lengthwise
sugar
cinnamon
maple syrup

Melt butter. Mix eggs, milk and vanilla in bowl.
Beat well,
soak slices of bread. Brown bread in frying pan.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and serve with maple syrup.

Dangerous secret in the colored straws

Horrible story of mine goes back to year 2005 March.
I ordered a Club Sandwich and a Sprite in a restaurant somewhere in Manila
When I finished half of the sandwich I sipped a sprite.
But it didn’t taste like an ordinary sprite I used to drink.
So I sipped once more, but it still tasted the same.
It tasted like a sprite mixed with some kind of oil.

I called the clerk and asked him if the sprite was expired. He said it was just delivered today.
So I asked him to taste it. Then he also found that something was wrong with it.
Both of us were wondering for a while. Then I got to look inside the straw.
There were a lot of tiny black round things that looked like eggs
So I cut the middle of the straw lengthwise to have a better look.
Yuck. There were a lot of tiny black round things in it.
I suppose they were eggs of cockroach. About 1000 eggs were there.

Then I began to check all the other straws in the straws case one by one.
Almost all of them contained black eggs that seemed to be either the cockroach eggs or excretions.
After the incident I began to check all the straws in the restaurants and fast food chains that I had gone to.
Almost of all the straws contained the same black eggs.
Especially the darker the colors of straws, the more black eggs were found.
In black straws, extreme amount of black eggs were found.
It was found out that it ¡s because the cockroaches live (hatch eggs and excrete) in the dark places.
