I was not feeling well this past week..had headaches,can’t sleep well, wasn’t able to shop lol ..That’s why i rest the whole week and viola!!! im genki … I went shopping right away and it feels so great.. I’d like to thank Kimeh for helping me about akismet thingy,i was surprised when i check my mails and i had so much spam comments…Arigato ne !!!

Let me tell you about my day.
I woke up around 1 pm {oh, too late},ate lunch,took a pink bath again wee!!! get dressed,put make ups,style my hair and went out for shopping Went also to the groceries . . . My afternoon went fine until…

When we are about to go home, i felt sad and pissed off a little { maybe next time i might post a private one about this}. I just don’t know what to think about the situation?!?!?!ohhh, i’m confused. But,but.. of course i won’t let my day ruined by that feeling so i just kept silent for a while and think of other happy stuffs..I just opened a new topic to him and start joking just to change our mood..As much as possible i want every minute of my life happy and fun.

Did you know that most of the people who always smile and who always talk light are crying when they are alone???

Anyway,when we got home, Lei {my shihtzu} is waiting in front of our door,holding my slippers and been running and jumping just to show that he is always excited to see me or us..I’m just thankful i have my dogs.They make me feel happy.I so love them.They’re not just dogs,they’re a member of the family!!!They are the most honest creature i’ve known in this world.I open my laptop to check my online store and stuffs.I was so happy to browse some of my friends blog.This really change my night and turned into a good one.

I’ve been so busy these past days,i have so much orders to check and schedule it for pick up.. Anyway,did you go out last Tuesday?{May 20}My friend went out and she used the train going to Recto, around 8 pm,she was on her way home.It was raining and she was wondering why people are waiting for jeepney.When she got to the station,she was surprised when the officers announced that there will be no train coming and they are close already..She called me and told what happened and i said to her to wait for us because we are just near the station.Glad we able to fetch her and took her home..There’s a lot of people over the highway,even occupied half of the high way waiting for a jeepney or taxi cab.All jeepney/taxi are full,some don’t have umbrella with them.sad..sad..sad..Why on earth will they close the station that early?The people are so tired from work,i can see it on their face.

About my day,as usual i went shopping then went karaoke with my hubby..went to groceries also bought lots of chocolates {whoosah!!!}and other foods… Tomorrow,i will do the laundry,good luck to me!hoping it will not rain.

Have you ever cut yourself? What is your opinion on slicing your own skin? More and more teenagers are resorting to cutting themselves…would you ever? I have some information on cutting…

What is cutting?

Injuring yourself on purpose by making scratches or cuts on your body with a sharp object — enough to break the skin and make it bleed — is called cutting. Cutting is a type of self-injury. People may cut themselves on their wrists, arms, legs, or bellies.

Why?

Cutting is a way for people to cope with the pain of strong emotions or upsetting problems. I knew this girl who cut herself and people said she seeked attention; it was her way of crying for help. People are judged badly for inflicting injury upon themselves but its a way to release this intense emotional tension and sometimes it makes you feel like you’re in control.

The urge to cut might be triggered by strong feelings a person cannot express; they often say no one understands them or they don’t fit in. Some people who cut have had a traumatic experience or reinflicting the pain they went through.

What happens to the person

Cutting can become a habit and it is dangerous. The more a person cuts, the deeper the wounds become and the more a person will feel the urge to cut themself. A lot of times the scars are permanent. The wounds can become infected and there is a possibility that you may accidentally hit an artery and possibly bleed to death. Also it does have a painful effect on the people you love such as friends and family.

For some reason cutting has become “cool”. People show off their scars and proudly cut themselves in front of you.
If someone tells you should cut yourself; walk away. Never let someone influence you into cutting yourself. As I said before it is very dangerous. If someone wants you to cut they’re no good. That person needs a lot of help.

Help?

Tell someone Talk to family, a friend, a teacher or somebody you trust. You will feel better when let it out.

Get to the problem Discover what makes you feel the urge to cut. Getting to the root of the problem is a great step in helping yourself. Try to avoid situations which make you want to cut yourself.

Calm yourself There are healthy ways in which you can express your emotions. Write, paint, scream or go for a walk. Remove all sharp objects from your room (knives, broken glass, razors, anything pointed and sharp). If you still feel the urge, lie down on your bed and close your eyes and relax. Stay this way until the urge goes away. Also cry! Don’t let it build up inside. Go somewhere quiet where no one can disturb you and cry. Its not embarrassing; no one is going to see you. Get help.

Hope you found some of this information useful. Next time you see or hear something about someone cutting themselves, don’t make a face and judge the person. They are going through something that we may not always understand. Be sensitive towards their feelings and try to help them help themselves.
