Ape academy
Posted by Yesha - 24/07/10 at 07:07:06 pmI am so addicted with this game now.It is so cute and adorable. As the title suggests, the game is arranged like an academy, in which you have to pass various challenges in order to graduate. Each class is led by a teacher, starting with the grumpy sergeant major-esque Red Monkey who guides you through boot camp to help you find your way around the buttons.
You then get to choose a succession of mini-games from a selection depicted on a noughts and crosses board. Succeed in the challenge and you get a nought on the board, fail and it’s a cross in the particular square. Get three passes in a row and it counts towards the lines required to pass the class. It’s a fairly innovative system which adds an extra level of strategy and puts additional pressure on your performance.
There are over 50 of these mini games to participate in which vary wildly from reaction tests like the 1-metre dash (you really have to go on the B of the Bang here as that’s all there is), sporting challenges (like monkey bowling, monkey football and monkey shot put), more cerebral challenges (like the Darwin quiz, Spot the difference), and the just plain weird such as A Rose Monsieur (which sees you pedalling roses to other monkeys) and Shiskebab Special (capture vegetables and sporting goods on a sword in the right order!).
They look visually apealling and certainly aren’t lacking in entertainment or innovation (the diving challenge for instance sees you turn the PSP through 90 degrees). Watch the monkeys you didn’t give parachutes to fall out of the sky in Geronimo) keeping the experience fresh and lively and ensuring that you’re keen to compete but not too disappointed when you fail. Indeed, while some of the games can seem a little tough (Street Juggler, Enter the Monkey) and others a tad too random (Simian Suplex), the difficulty level on the whole seems fairly pitched with only one line of successful challenges required to compete the first three classes.
I can’t wait to play the Ape academy 2 hihi…

your glam look
Posted by Yesha - 24/07/10 at 06:07:42 pmAfter a long night of social greetings
, minor flirtations whoohoo, and major dancing with your girlfriends
, you look into the mirror and see a crazy looking woman staring back at you and wonder where she came from…She has panda eyes yikes! a pale mouth and streaky cheeks
. OMG this is equal to DISASTER!!! especially when on a night out in a packed club. So what you gonna do??? Don’t worry girls,I’ll give you tips
- To prevent creasing on your eyelids and to ensure that your shadow lasts a six hour gimmick, apply a layer of concealer and set with loose powder before applying. The concealer acts as an adhesive. You can go from dusk till dawn without having a touch up..
- When you sweat or if your eyes tear up from smoke in a club, your mascara will most likely smear and smudge and we don’t want this… Waterproof mascara is a must when going out…
- When applying eyeliner, try using a gel liner instead of Kohl pencil or liquid. This, paired with a swipe of eye shadow on top of it to seal will keep your eyes lined, and smudge free all night.
- Instead of patting pressed powder on sweaty, dirty skin, retouch with blotting papers instead. Aside from preventing the caked- up look, you can be sure that you won’t clog up pores and get ugly zits the next day.
- A good foundation can help a lot if used with loose powder to set it well. Invest in high quality water-based one so your skin doesn’t get too oily throughout the night
There you go sweeties..If you have any questions, feel free to comment below..Good luck and be pretty!!!
muaaahhh.Luv yah.
