1. Prevention is better than cure.
Using sun protection with at least SPF 15 on our face and body is a must. This gives our skin a barrier from more damage and won’t encourage the production of more melanin a.k.a. those black umbrellas. Make sure to re-apply regularly especially after sweating, swimming, or prolonged sun exposure.
Try Belo Essentials Sun Expert for Face with SPF40 PA++ UVA/UVB and for Body with SPF60 PA++ UVA/UVB, P149-P179++.
2. Follow a 4-step skin care regimen.
To achieve fairer skin, it’s not enough to use skin whiteners. To make our whitening products truly effective, we need not only sun protection but a full skin care regimen, too. This includes a cleanser, toner, sunblock lotion, and moisture cream usually used at bedtime. To achieve even toned skin, you would want your skin care regimen to do the following: protect, shield, lighten, renew, calm, protect, and restore.
Try Neutrogena Fine Fairness Line: Fine Fairness Cleanser, P297; Fine Fairness Toner, P460; Fine Fairness Lotion SPF30 PA++, P720; and Fine Fairness Cream, P775.
3. Do spot treatment.
As an added step in your skin care regimen, use serums to give intensive treatment to sun damaged skin or to provide more potent prevention. Serums have higher–up to 20x more–concentration of anti-aging and spot reducing technology. They are used after cleansing and toning, and before night creams. I even use this as a makeup base!
Try Pond’s Age Miracle Concentrated Resurfacing Serum and Pond’s Flawless White Spots Blocking Serum, P700++ each.
4. You can peel it!
Save your skin while saving some money by having a microdermabrasion-type of treatment at home in just one easy step.
Try Avon Anew Clinical Rex texturizing Peel, P1,000. These formulated pads help peel away dullness and visible age damage so healthier skin cells can surface. Use after cleansing and allow to dry before applying your desired moisturizer/cream at bedtime.
5. Use makeup that heals.
If you’re a makeup junkie, rely on a practical beauty product that not only serves as foundation or tinted moisturizer to conceal flaws but also improves the condition and maintains the health of your skin over time. Opt for multi-purpose makeup that has high SPF to prevent further damage while leaving you looking freshly made up!
Try Dr. Jart+ BB Cream Black Label, SPF25, P845-P1,940.

ULTIMATE WHITE DARKNESS DIMINISHING ACTIVATED EYE TREATMENT,
Php2200, KIEHL’S
I hate eye bags especially those dark circle under my eyes eeks… What can i do? I have insomnia, i lurve to be in front of my PC and blog, blog, blog and of course shop, shop, shop hihi
All we need to do is start sleeping early and stop rubbing our eyes. These habits contribute to making dark circles appear worse. Use an eye cream 2x a day. Applying it away from your tear ducts. If the cream gets into your ducts, it could cause darkening too. I recommend this product personally coz for me, it worked.
