POSTURE

Sucky posture makes you look shy, shorter and heavier and it’s bad for your back.

• Make like a marionette

Stand and slouch, letting your had and arms dangle forward. Breathe in and slowly lift your neck, rolling your shoulders back and down, then roll hips forward in line with your shoulders.

• Sit straight

Keep both feet flat on the floor, do not lean against the chair back.

• Pretend to have weights on your shoulders

If you make an effort to keep ‘em down and back, your posture improves.

Hello sweeties ~

It’s 2:30 pm and I just woke up. I had so many works to do last night and was able to finish it all by 7 am this morning aww….

Just had a sweet brunch with Shiek.
