I and my hubby was walking in the mall when i saw 3000 pesos on the floor inside the dressing room of a clothing store.3k is big enough to buy fab clothes and make ups hihi but of course i won’t do what you’re thinkin’ hihi…I called the manager of the store and gave it to her.I am thinking what if that’s the last money of that person or what if that money is for paying bills or for her kids.I just hope that person can get her money back.

How about you?what’cha gonna do in case you were in my shoe???

I noticed that Filipino dishes are all so great!!!Especially if you ave a member of your family or friends who cooks good.Oh,you will almost forget your shape or figure or worst to take a diet haha.And frankly speaking,you can’t have the perfect shape in a short period of time and you can’t do that by simply going to the gym…I found a website that has fat burners for women.Usually when i Google it,i often see products for men only.There are some products in the mall too,but i am not convinced and it is very seldom to have a site that is offering a product for the women.Lucky enough, i saw this most trusted site.What i did is i bookmarked their website and call my friends who are struggling about this and discuss it to them.My chubby cousin saw me reading the information on the site and she even asked me to order one for her hihi…

yawn.Good morning sweeties!Just woke up.My friend Dimples went here and bond with her all day.We cooked pasta for lunch and bought ice creams.She is working in a call center company.I know most of the people today is working in this kind of industry.Apart from the fact that the salary is higher than any normal job,most of my friends and some relatives here in PI have the same job.Every time they are talking about it,it seems that it’s a fun but hard job.

Well, Fun because you are able to meet new friends and of course go to the bar at the end of the week.
At first when i saw some people that is drinking at a very early time in one of the bar in Eastwood,i thought they’re already finish but to my surprise they just started and just ended their shift.Arghh!I don’t think i can do that haha.

Hard because as they say,
Their TMs’ (Team Manager) and OM (Operations Manager) keeps on pressuring them about CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and AHT.
They also have QA (Quality Analyst) who records all your calls and grades you from your opening spiel to troubleshooting steps,sometimes when you’re upselling too, and closing your call…
Sometimes if you have low grades,your TSL (Technical Support Leader) will listen to your calls side by side.LIVE barging.Actually some of the companies do this everyday to practice their agents and teach them how to become a pro agent.

For some accounts,imagine their quota for AHT is 400 seconds if i am not mistaken.
And they should attain FCR (First Call Resolution).

My friend recorded a video and showed it to me.It’s like a 10 min. conversation and they do troubleshoot a modem.Yup as each and every one of us,we sometimes experience slow speed or worst no internet signal.An agent should resolve it in a short period of time.Most are irate ,arrogant customers and you should be able to handle them and be professional on talking to them so that you can get commendations too…I know that there are tools/script that you just read and follow whenever you are troubleshooting.So it’s not that hard.As long as you can handle the call and treat the customer as a friend,you can do this kind of job!!!!
